Prices
Prices are in Danish kroner (DKK).

Payment options
Payment can be made with Dankort (FR card) and Visa / Dankort. Payment is via gateway at Quickpay and payment information is sent via Quickpay. Visit Tórshavn Shop does not have opportunities to see map information etc.

Order
Order and a receipt will be sent by e-mail as soon as payment is completed.

Refund
Pursuant to the Consumer Contracts Act §17 para. 2 incl. PCS. §9 para. 2 no. 2a ”, the purchase of bookings / admission tickets is not covered by the right of refund. Any additional amounts will not be refunded.

Cancellations 24 hours before arrival will be refunded. You will be charged the total price of the reservation if you cancel less than 24 hours before arrival.

Booking fee is 40kr and will not be refunded.

Responsibility
If an event or trip is canceled, the amount paid will be returned to the customer’s account. Visit Tórshavn Shop does not take responsibility for other losses, either direct or indirect, which are linked to the order. If parts of an event or tour are canceled but not the event or tour itself, no refund will be given
